The ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality management standard promulgated by the International Organization for Standardization. Shree Ramkrishna Export achieved this certification in 2000.

As per the ISO norms in order to obtain this certification, Shree Ramkrishna had to demonstrate their commitment to every aspect affecting the quality of goods and services we offer. For example, employees at all levels had to show their dedication to optimizing organizational performance, and the company specified the metrics used to track progress.

Periodically thereafter, the quality management system is re-audited by the registrar and in 2008 the certification was revised to ISO 9001-2008 in March 2009 by the International Organization for Standardization since Shree Ramkrishna maintained uniformity in compliance of internationally recognized advanced quality management standards in the manufacture and export of polish diamonds.

Indeed this compliance with the strictest of internationally acclaimed certification systems came as no surprise to Shree Ramkrishna patrons and clients. The certification is proving to be a useful asset in developing business, particularly in international markets.
