For the first time ever in India, Sarin Technology Ltd. Israel, awarded a special recognition to Shree Ramkrishna Export for owning 100+ Planner machines. Today, we are one of the companies with highest number of rough planners in the world assuring the maximum yield and best possible cut grade for every stone. Each and every gem passes through the stringent testing of high-tech machines and diamond experts. We are also coming up with a new green field project with manufacturing facility of 250,000 sq. ft at Surat having 4000+ workers capacity, which shall increase our current manufacturing capacity by approximately 70%.

Ans: Yes, all our diamonds are natural in every respect, and cut to high standard. We do not sell laboratory or man-made synthetic/cultured diamonds. Neither, we sell any clarity-or color –enhanced diamonds of any type. Therefore you don’t have to worry about being sold a laser-drilled, facture-filled, high-pressure/high-temperature (HPHT) or irradiation color –enhanced diamonds from us. |

Ans: We strictly follow a “Fair & Fixed Price Policy” for all our diamonds listed on srkexport.com. We don’t negotiate on our pricing and always make sure each diamond of our inventory is priced fairly with respect to market condition and revised accordingly from time to time. Shipping and handling charges as per invoice amounting above USD 15000 are absolutely free of Cost and USD 100 is levied on invoice amounting below USD 15000. Shipping charges includes cost of shipping from our office to nearest International Airport. Destination charges (i.e. from Airport to buyer's place) to be borne by buyer only. That’s the reason; we always make sure that our clients are provided with all the possible information about each and every diamond from our inventory before confirming any business online. We request you to carefully select your preferred diamonds and ensure your buying requirements are met before confirming the purchase order so that the need of returning of the stone does not arise. |

If you don't find exactly what you are looking for please contact us and your Key Account Manager (KAM) will be glad to help you in meeting your specific requirements. Our purchase, production and IT teams are working on a system where we can offer you a feature with which you will be able to actually place orders for your diamond requirements in advance and we will process it for you. |
