Ans: We are very sorry to inform you that we don’t follow any such return-back policy for our diamonds once sold. That’s the reason we always make sure that our clients are provided with all the possible information about each and every diamond from our inventory before confirming any business online. We request you to carefully select your preferred diamonds and ensure your buying requirements are met before confirming the purchase order so that the need of returning the stone does not arise.

Ans: We regret that at the moment, we are not offering any such services to our clients.
