The stones will be shipped only upon the confirmation of receipt of advance payment into our account.

The stones will be shipped within two working days from the date of receipt of advance payment.

The stones will be shipped to your door steps through carriers like Brinks, Malca Amit, BVC Express, UPS or FedEx on C & F basis.

Door to door insurance will be covered by the above mentioned carriers.

Shree Ramkrishna Export reserves rights to refuse shipments to certain international destinations.

Shipping and handling charges per invoice amounting above USD 15000 are absolutely free of Cost. Shipping charges includes cost of shipping from our office to nearest International Airport. Destination charges (i.e. from Airport to buyer's place) to be borne by buyer only.

USD 100 will be levied towards Shipping and handling charges per invoice amounting below USD 15000.

All the shipments within the boundary of India under Diamond Dollar Account (DDA), will be shipped from Mumbai Head Office.

All the shipments within the boundary of India other than Diamond Dollar Account (DDA), will be delivered from Surat branch Office.

Shipping & Handling charges @ 1% the total transaction value (before local taxes, if any) will be charged for the shipments within the boundary of India.

Local taxes, if any, will be levied on the total invoice value.

After placing order, a representative from SRE will contact you to re-confirm the details of your placed order so as to confirm that the order id placed by the concerned person for a security purpose.
